Research

My research focus is on decision making in social work , including:

  • professional judgment

  • collaborative and contested decisions

  • development of assessment tools

  • risk and decisions in uncertainty

  • evidence based practice & systematic reviews

  • inter-professional working & professional supervision

  • social care governance; risk management

  • factorial survey method to study decisions

  • modeling social work decision making.
