My research focus is on decision making in social work , including: professional judgment collaborative and contested decisions development of assessment tools risk and decisions in uncertainty evidence based practice & systematic reviews inter-professional working & professional supervision social care governance; risk management factorial survey method to study decisions modeling social work decision making.
