The study intends to explore and analyse different aspects of Privatization Policy regarding State Owned Enterprises (SOEs)in Bangladesh in light of the theories, propositions, intellectual arguments and models of Public Policy Implmentation.

I have been working as a member of Bangladesh Civil Service (Administration) since 1994. Before joining the Civil Service, I worked as a Research Associate for two years at the Bangladesh Institute of International and Strategic Studies (BIISS), Dhaka. I have four research publications written on Korean Unification, Security matters of East Asia, Management Practices of Japan and Bangladesh and Policy Evaluation on Privatization Policy of Bangladesh.
